1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:
- Timeframe: You initiate the request at the time of receiving the order from the delivery man.
- Condition: The item is unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items like socks cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
2. How to Start a Return

- Verification: Our team will review your request.
- Shipping: Once approved, you can send the item back to us (delivery charges may apply).
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, or Bank Transfer) within 5–7 working days(If you paid already via MFS or Bank).
- Store Credit: You may also choose to receive store credit for a faster exchange process.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost to you.
